Coping to Healing: Making the Transition
An occupational therapist who holds a Ph.D. in psychology, Rachel specializes in psychological resilience, peer support and community-based rehabilitation. For over 40 years, as a clinician, professor and researcher, she has worked with vulnerable individual and populations the world over and her contributions have been acknowledged with the Order of Canada and Honorary Degrees from the UBC and Dalhousie University. Now a consultant on resilience and psychological wellbeing, she provides training to a broad range of organizations.
