Breast Health 101

Breast Health 101 is a free public education awareness campaign about breast health and mammograms, designed and delivered by the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

It is an exciting, one-hour educational opportunity, delivered to small groups in the workplace, community centres, hospitals, university dorms …locations are determined by where the need lies. It’s a chance to talk about breast health and mammograms. The program also dispels common myths and encourages participants to take action themselves. The sessions are interactive and fun.

At the end of each session, participants receive a small package with valuable information to take home and share with other women and men in their lives.

Visit www.breasthealth101.ca for more information about the program, to book a session in your community, or to inquire about becoming a facilitator.
